Tomorrow, June 29th, 2024, I’ll be at Caper’s Emporium at 2:00 pm CST in New Harmony Indiana for a book signing! I’m pretty excited about it. I’ll be signing (and selling) copies of the book that I created along with seven other artists. (it’s just me at the signing though)
Caper’s is celebrating their 6th birthday in New Harmony Indiana. It’s a super cool shop full of kitchen stuff to pajamas. It’s got all kinds of interesting things that you didn’t know you needed but do!
The book is called “Color Your Life with Gratitude – Guided Journal and Activity Book”. I along with seven other artist friends collaborated and came up with this great little book that you can write in and color. It’s getting great reviews and I’m getting positive feedback about the book from friends and collectors who have bought the book.
If you can’t make it to the book signing at Caper’s that’s okay, the book is also available on Amazon. Here’s the link to purchase it here. Of course if you buy it online, it won’t be signed but that’s okay. It’s a fun book that reminds us to live each day with gratitude. It’s also a fun way to document dreams, thoughts and feelings. The book is $9.99 and it’s paperback.
Each of us artists contributed drawings (some are ai images fyi) affirmations, puzzles and games to help you come up with gratitude no matter how your day has gone.
I contributed several hand drawn pages and affirmations to go along with them.
Here’s the list of artists in the book: Amber Killinger from California, Joanne Morton from Savannah, Denise Johnson from Wisconsin, moi… Jaime Haney from New Harmony, Indiana, Kerry Lee from San Francisco Bay area, Stacey N. Barrett from Ohio, Suzanne Jenne, and Kira McCoy from Florida.

Learn more about me on the ‘About’ page under the additional links menu. I’m an artist – a painter mostly and an avid gardener. I paint a variety of subjects including birds, koi fish, my gardens, ponds and flowers as well as anything having to do with nature especially trees and tropical scenes. I also enjoy painting abstracts and have started created more and more of them. My most favorite thing to try to achieve in my painting is is mystery and telling mystical stories.
If you would like to keep up with what I’m doing, I have a newsletter e-mailed about once a month that gives you special status for invitations, birthday greeting and more. I’d love for you to add your email to my Friends and Collectors list!
This is so exciting! Congratulations. I’m going to share the link on Facebook. Proud of you and your friends.
Thank you so much Lisa! It was fun to meet people that showed up just to get the book. I was honored. Honestly, I had no idea if a gratitude journal would be popular or not, but it’s been very well received and I’m so grateful for that. How awesome that you shared the link on Facebook, much appreciated.
Beautiful Jaime! Congratulations!
Thanks so much Donna! I’m sorry, I don’t know how I missed this comment but thank you it was a success.
