It’s been a little over 5 weeks since my husband had his ATV accident. The medical bills have been rolling in and I’ve decided in an effort to keep ahead of them I’d have a Broken Bones 25% OFF Original Paintings Sale. Pretty catchy, huh? I can’t take credit for that sale title though. I always run things across my dad, who’s an artist as well, and he came up with it.
I’ve got almost 150 paintings included in this sale! 👀 Wow!
Normally, I never discount my original paintings. So this is a very rare occasion. I suggest you take advantage of it! I may run a sale on prints in the future and if you’d like to get notice of that, just sign up for my list here and you’ll be notified when they go on sale. Oh by the way, my list got access to the sale yesterday to get a head start. So there’s perks to being on the list. As a result, there are a few paintings sold already.
If you didn’t know, this past August my husband had an ATV accident that resulted in 9 broken bones, a visit to the emergency room and ultimately 3 days in the hospital. He’s still off work due to the injuries. You can read more about that incident on my blog here.

Since I don’t have all the paintings for sale here in my shop, here’s how to purchase.
How to buy a painting:
- Look at Catalog here (pricing doesn’t reflect sale price in catalog)
- Pick out the paintings you want and email me. I’ll email you back to let you know if it’s still available with invoice
- Pay invoice
- I’ll mail your painting!
Here’s how it’s going to work:
See my catalog of all my currently available paintings here. If it’s not in here, it’s not available. Sale will not include any future commission work, just what I have in inventory. All the details on how to purchase are in the catalog and above. The catalog has the original pricing, so deduct 25% off that to get your sale price plus tax.
If you have trouble viewing the catalog, just contact me asap and I’ll try to email it to you directly. It’s a large file though, just a warning. I’ve got almost 150 paintings included in this sale! Honestly, I had no idea I had that many paintings in my studio but I do.
If you’ve ever considered buying a painting from me, now is a fantastic time. It’s not too early for Christmas gifts or any occasion gifts or just get a painting you’ve had your eye on for yourself.
I want to thank you for all the emails of concern, well wishes and reaching out to me offering help that I’ve received since I posted about his accident. It’s been a rough 5 weeks but we’re getting through it. Daryl is continuing to heal and he ended up having surgery to repair his collar bone a little over 2 weeks ago. We’re hoping he can return to work the first of October.
