Can you believe it’s already New Year’s Eve? Where has the time gone? This year has been busy, like most years with pop ups, exhibits and art shows.
I’m grateful for the opportunities and for my collectors. I’m also grateful for the mentors and friends in my life. Also, I’m grateful for you, the ones who pop in and see what I’m up to in my life here on my blog.
It’s a time to be reflective of the past year and also look ahead to what is to come. I’ve made some goals, both personal and for my art business. Each year, I strive to make my business better and I continuously work on it.
I’ve got some new ideas for paintings and I’m excited to start them. I’ll be working towards abstract flowers and I’ll be painting larger to start with. I’ve got a commission to get done before I start the abstract flowers though.
New Year’s Eve!
But tonight is New Year’s Eve! A time for celebration! We made it! Made it where, I don’t know, but another year is closing. Surely, I’ve made it somewhere. How about you?
I’ll be gathering with friends this evening and we’ll ring in the new year together. A night of games, food and good company. I hope you’re finding happiness as we all look towards 2024. Happy New Year!

I paint a variety of subjects including birds, koi fish, my gardens, ponds and flowers as well as anything having to do with nature especially trees and tropical scenes. I also enjoy painting abstracts and have started created more and more of them. My most favorite thing to try to achieve in my painting is is mystery and telling mystical stories.
