Hi Lisa! Well I don’t know if that’s how all Hoosiers sound, but pretty much most of us from southwestern Indiana do. We’ve got a twang for sure. Not really a southern draw, which is too bad because that might sound a little more entertaining!

Hi Anne, sorry I haven’t responded to this yet, I just found it. I do the same thing once I know how someone’s voice sounds, haha. I am sooooo looking for spring I can’t hardly stand it. We are the same here, little teases here and there but we do know one thing and that is spring most definitely IS coming! You know I am working hard on that green thumb and sometimes it comes back but then my brain forgets to water something and the next thing I know I’ve got a bunch of sickly looking plants again. I’d love to know some of your tips and tricks, your plants look like you are a professional horticulturalist! I think I need to just re-pot and start all over. 🙁

Hi Cheri! It’s so nice to meet you and I’m so glad you stumbled upon my blog 🙂 What sweet comments you’ve made, thank you. I really do try to choose to be happy always. I believe it really is a choice. No matter what life hands you, you choose how to react. I see no point in wallowing in sorrow or hate or “why me?”. Oh sure, I go there more often than I care to admit, but I make sure it’s a short trip. You gain nothing from the negativity it creates and keeps around. I prefer to have good energy around me and I hope I give that off.
p.s. What a beautiful interpretation Eva Cassidy has of that sweet song. Thank you, I’ve never heard it. Brings a little tear… but I have such happy and joyous memories to wipe them away.
