Today, I’ve put my art calendar in the shop! YAY! Again this year, I have three sizes: Mini, Classic and Large.

My tropical flowers paintings on 2019 art calendar

Tropical flowers paintings on 2019 art calendar

My theme this year is Tropical Flowers paintings. I sifted through and picked the most appropriate tropical flower for each month.

I’m always so excited to get these in the mail. I love to see my art used in different ways and I’m practical gal myself so this hits on 2 factors for me: beauty and practicality.

Really, who can’t find a place to use a calendar especially a pretty one like this?!

April - June paintings

Hey, did you know that if you’re a subscriber on my email list that each year I offer discounts on my calendars? I do!

Of course there are always expiration dates, as I am just passing down the savings I get for printing early to my list. If you’d like to save on a calendar and want extra goodies, giveaways and fun stuff all year long then I’d be thrilled to have you sign up for my list. You can do it here, or use the pop up that hopefully isn’t too annoying.

July - September paintings

Picking some of my favorites from the year was tough. However, I think I’ve done a pretty good job on conveying the mood of the month with each flower or plant.

October - December paintings

The paintings are all part of the series titled “The Vibrancy of the Tropics”.

Speaking of which, I’m slowly adding new prints of that series to my shop. Be sure to check it out here. Also, there are a few originals left from this series. To see my available originals click here.

Art makes a fantastic gift that really lasts all the person’s life long. I mean who’s ever said “No thanks, I have enough art.” If they did, they must’ve been kicked in the head.

Learn more about me on the ‘About’ page in the menu at the top. I’m an artist – a painter mostly and an avid gardener. I paint a variety of subjects including birds, koi fish, my gardens, ponds and flowers as well as anything having to do with nature especially trees and tropical scenes. I also enjoy painting abstracts and have started created more and more of them. My most favorite thing to try to achieve in my painting is is mystery.

If you would like to keep up with what I’m doing, I have a newsletter e-mailed about once a month that gives you special status for invitations, birthday greeting and more. I’d love for you to add your email to my Friends and Collectors list!
