“Beautiful Dreamer” 8½ x 11″ print, does not include matte or frame but there is a white border around the painting so that a mat is not needed. These are what I call the economy prints and they have a built in white border to simulate a mat, they are $15 and will stay bright if kept out of the sunlight or under direct lights for several years. It’s important to me that art is affordable and attainable by everyone. Buying a print is a great way to get started in art collecting.
About the painting Beautiful Dreamer (Print):
Beautiful Dreamer is a print of my original acrylic portrait painting of a black raven named Vincent. I’m a fan of Edgar Allan Poe who wrote the great poem called The Raven and I like to think he would approve of my ravens.
Mixed media background with acrylic and inks. 2nd painting in the “Nevermore” series.
I am so attracted to ravens and crows, I feel they have such personality. It’s like they have old souls. Ravens and crows are extremely intelligent birds. My mother always told me that my great grandmother who was part Cherokee Indian from Tennessee had a pet crow and taught it to talk. His name was Timmy. I wonder what he had to say?

I do commission paintings if you are wanting an original of your own. Please let me know if I can paint you a version or if there is a special subject you would like to have painted. See more about commissions on my about page.
