“Night Moves” 8″x10″ original part of Windswept Series, acrylic painted on canvas and varnished for archival properties.
Night Moves is an acrylic abstract painting of the turquoise night time in a lush forest during mid summer. I get inspired when I paint by what is or has been going on around me and at this time I was dreaming of the warmth and mugginess of summer nights with crickets singing and a gentle breeze causing the leaves to sway. That encouraged me to capture that cozy feeling of being one with nature.
I painted Night Moves as part of a series, the others being Autumn Bouquet, Warm Release and Summer Memory. They look beautiful together and would be statement on your walls all together. I am adding to this series, so check back for new paintings.
