No monkey business going on here!

Well hellllllo there… I’ve had a stand alone blog for several years on the Blogger hosting site and now I have my art website (jaimehaney.com) and my blog all on one spot, yeah! Welcome if you’ve just found me on my newly updated website. I’m so happy you’re here! And Hi Ya! to all my friends that have followed me from my Blogger blog. I have a tutorial on how to follow a WordPress Blog or any blog from Bloggerif you would like to add me to your reading list. It should be easier for you now to navigate to see all my artwork and purchase it if something speaks to you as well as hear all about that piece, how I went about creating it and what’s going on in my life.

I like to blog about art that I’m working on as well as my everyday life. I love to garden and like to show off all my hard work in the gardens. I have a greenhouse that is now full from bringing in all my houseplants and some special annuals that I’m not ready to let go of yet. Halloween, my most favorite holiday is upon us and I am stoked! This is a great time to be alive! Do you share my excitement? I have a special Halloween themed interview post coming up on my friend Thresa’s blog, Welcome to My World, so be on a look out! I think it will be the last Monday in October. It includes a giveaway!

I’ve just written a new October newsletter, so please remember to sign up here to get it. I’ll be posting more often now that I’ve got everything moved over. I also have to go and link all my old pictures to the previous blog posts, so if a post is missing a picture, I’ll be fixing those links as soon as I can.

The picture above is from our vacation to Florida a few weeks ago. We went to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and I have to say I have found my park. This was so much fun, I didn’t want to leave. All the animals and the scenery is flat out gorgeous and I could just live there in the park. The foliage was so lush and beautiful I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. This is where I have found my inspiration people. If you remember reading a few posts back about me being so inspired, this is why. I’m not letting the cat out of the bag totally but I was just thrilled with this park and I’ll tell you more about it soon. Here’s a clue, it had to do with the part based on Asia. *sigh*.

I’d love to hear from you, so please leave a comment. I’ll be back real soon!

Jaime
